Stephanie is Analytika’s founder and is Director and Company Secretary.  A qualified accountant (FCMA) and MBA (Cranfield School of Management), she has supplemented her accounting and business skills with considerable experience in marketing and project management.  Stephanie is a member of the Institute of Value Management (IVM) where she has not only gained her Professional in Value Management (PVM) certification but is also one of only 40 Trainers in Value Management (TVM) in the U.K.  Additionally, she is one of only 13 of these TVMs to have local authority accreditation.  Since 2000, she has been the Editor of the Institute’s magazine, Value and has now stepped down, having taken on the role of IVM Deputy Chair instead.

Paul is a Director of Analytika.  After gaining his BSc. at the University of Surrey, Paul worked with engineering, manufacturing and retail companies and in consultancy.  This varied background enabled him to develop strong project and team management skills quickly.  His ability to trouble-shoot problems involving customers and suppliers afforded him opportunities in quality assurance, project management and process analysis in his quest for product quality and customer satisfaction.  These skills have proved invaluable and easily transferable to the service sector where he has used his wealth of experience to achieve desired results over several years.  Paul is an Associate Member of the Association of Project Managers (APM) and is currently studying for his APMP certificate.

Isabel joined Analytika in January 2002 having gained her MBA with merit from London Guildhall University (now London Metropolitan University) in the previous year.  Following 15 years’ experience in the efficient management of non-legal operations within US law firms and a major financial services provider, she is now using her skills and experience to maximise efficiency in other business sectors.  She has a variety of skills and is particularly keen to expand her expertise in knowledge management and organisational culture.  Isabel is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and has just embarked on a two-year part-time course of study with the Institute of Risk Management with the aim of boosting risk management in Analytika’s skills portfolio.
